Job Description

As a Commercial Operations Supervisor, you will achieve this through leading a team, continuously coaching and developing them to achieve excellent results. You will be responsible for all team and people management activities as well as embedding change and delivering improvements within your department and wider.

· Daily management of the team which includes regular 1-2-1’s, coaching sessions, monitoring of absence in accordance with the attendance policy, identifying poor performance and working with the individual to improve this
· Regular monitoring of requests to ensure we are working to our SLA’s and prioritising tasks accordingly
· Planning resource throughout the month to ensure we are working to our monthly and year end deadlines
· Ensure staff are motivated, communicated to and engaged with the values of the Commercial Operations team
· Ensure all audit and compliance requirements are adhered to
· Drive high accuracy levels through regular QC checks and coaching sessions
· Working together with key stakeholders to work through any issues and feedback
· Liaising with colleagues in Sales team, Service and Billing team and other stakeholders around Experian
· Flexibility around busy periods at month end
· Comply with company rules and procedures and stay informed about their updates

· Experience of leading a team and working within a Commercial Operations environment is desired.
· Experience of managing a team, 1-2-1’s & coaching
· Experience of managing team SLA’s
· Experience of producing process maps/procedure documents for training purposes
