For one of our trusted partners, a company innovator of brand compliance, rights management and royalty billing software, we are searching for an experienced Backend Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Java-based web applications with high standards of quality to ensure stability and performance.
Create back-end scripts and determine design methodologies and tool sets to maintain connectivity between various modules and sections of the product.
Analyze client requirements and recommend efficient solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide support to the onsite team and assist with product releases in a timely manner.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Update technical knowledge through research and by staying current with new technologies and software products.
Understand both the company’s and clients’ business, products, and processes.
Coordinate daily testing efforts with QA resources and ensure effective communication.
Identify, track, report, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Systems (BA in MIS), or a related field.
Proven experience of 3+ years as a developer.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE programming.
Experience with JSP/JSF (Richfaces). (Experience with Angular is a plus.)
Knowledge of the MVC structure with experience in Spring and Hibernate.
Basic knowledge and experience with Postgres, including SQL and PLSQL. (Oracle experience is a plus.)
Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
