Project Manager - София

Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support our IT team as a Project Manager, Sofia and Varna.

Основни задължения:
• Manages the projects and the process of implementation of new systems processes and products in the Bank.
• Assists in reaching mutually acceptable solutions between units and escalates issues in the established order in case of impossibility to reach mutual agreement.
• Allocates and manages the resources of IT departments according to the business needs and projects priorities and works with other units to allocate resources to projects and tasks.
• Monitors on daily / weekly basis the resources and progress on task related to projects by applying the principles and rules of approved Project methodology in the bank
• Communicates actively with project team members at any bank structure by presenting information for project status, tasks and resources, risk and issues, sharing knowledge
• Regularly monitors and maintains the Bank's project portfolio and reports the status to management and all stakeholders.
• Ensures smooth transfer of the developments in production systems, along with changes and updates of the documentation for the processes to comply with them.
• Provides methodological support to project teams, at any phase of project life and to any project member.
Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
• Relevant University degree – technical/business/finance or other related field;
• Proven experience in a similar role will be considered as advantage;
• Analytical skills, innovative thinking, project approach;
• Presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian;
