Cost Management specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Scope of the role will be mainly dedicated to the ownership of the following items :
• ICA Cost Management,
• Internal LoB Recoveries,
• Headcount and Utilization Management,
• Billing Management and holiday cover for other team members.

You will be working closely with TSS Cost Leader to identify, set up, manage and charge any cost relating to ICA, Included interlocking with various countries lines of business and management. Constant monitoring of incoming charges to validate, question any out of line situations and provide future forecasts. Submit new ICAs / supplements and modification which relate to TSS cost departments.

You will be covering also the monthly and ad-hoc cost recoveries to be managed and recovered accordingly including CECSs project bid recoveries and internal / external parts recoveries from IS and other LoB’s. Perform ICA & ISB Billing working with the F&P team. Calculation of Currency implications on billings. Track all related costs to HSBC contract we need to recover and forecast the recovery process, prepare cost deferral calculations and movement to right Major/Minor. Track ICA billing system for individual ICAs, Track, Forecast and bill ICA: Personal ICAs, project ICAs, ad-hoc ICAs,

You will be managing the new additions to the QMF and Cognos queries to accurately track all ongoing cost management related tasks. Track, Forecast and investigate Labour and Parts cost detail during Workday-1 to Workday-4 in monthly close, questioning any out of line movements and providing insight to the UKI cost leader.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in corporate finance and billing systems.
• Data processing and analysis skills in financial sector
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2-C1 level)
• Very good communication skills, capabilities to adapt message to different type of recipients
• Education in finance, mathematics or similar
• Advanced skills in MS Excel (complex formulas, links to external data sources, cross-linking of data).
• Knowledge of QMF, SQL or similar financial data query mechanisms will be considered strong advantage

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Previous experience in similar cost / finance role
