For their team in Sofia, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their team on the role of
Business Analyst

The business analyst will play an essential role in implementing and integrating a new IT system for the company and will contribute to the execution of the company business strategy.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Company’s current business environment, the insurance products, and a sound working knowledge of the key and market stakeholders of the Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for insurance product rationalization, process alignment, development and standardization, with associated measurement and controls working within a program prioritization framework.



Key accountabilities:

o Proactively advise the senior management team and other business stakeholders on the approach and priorities most relevant to the company's goals and evolving needs.
o Continually evaluates priorities and risks for digital enablement and Company strategy execution, so as to maximize return on investment.
o Contributes to the Company’s vision, strategy, and make recommendations to their roadmap, advise their team and business partners in effective execution.
o Supports effective requirement definition, rationalization, validation and implementation of solutions for the Company businesses.
o Fosters a culture of innovation, flexibility, transparency and accountability, with a “business-first” mentality that is focused on materiality.
o Proactively identifies material constraints and / or issues in execution of the Company’s vision, and work with the business program team leadership to resolve.
o Provides expertise and insights for development of optimized business processes and measurement.
o Creates, develops, implements and enhances high quality business practices and processes and ensures real impact on business performance.
o Works closely with key stakeholders, shares knowledge, supports decision making and creates value by insightful business reports.
o Works with an end-to-end view on business processes and functions.
o Actively participates in business controls. Recommends controls by identifying problems, contributes to the development of policies and procedures.
o Supports/leads agreed projects, plans and delivers agreed tactics ensuring that strategic objectives are achieved. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

Qualifications:

o Proven track record of work 3-4 years of experience in business analytics;
o Level C1 / C2 written and spoken English;
o Advanced MS Excel skills;
o Insurance industry knowledge is an asset;
o Strong communicator with high energy to influence and collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders.
o Proven track record in business operational change and transformation execution, with appreciation of change management and project delivery in complex environments is an asset.
