ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

As a HR Cloud Consultant you will be responsible for the deployment of Projects and Releases of the HR technology platform. You will benefit from fast-paced, dynamic and result-driven environment and will have the access to knowledge of the HR Community and best practices.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to evaluation of business requirements, identification of opportunities and limitations
Ensure the configuration of SAAS solutions, reconfiguration & the preparation of multiple prototypes and testing cycles
Participates in forums of the SAAS vendors and brings back knowledge in structured format to be shared
Preparation of multiple prototypes and sharing with product managers and end users for feedback while guiding them on the rational used
Prepare and organize test environments and testing cycles, including quality checks, retesting., documentation and logs preparation
Participates in architecture discussions to ensure the proper level of integration
Work closely with the AMS team and the CCH incident ticketing system, timely review and solving of incidents in Service NOW

Be able to facilitate the discussion with the internal customers and understand their needs, evaluate areas of improvement and suggest best practice and innovative solutions. Support efficiently the other BSS teams and work close with Country BSS departments to ensure alignment and on time deployment of Top-Down and Bottom-Up priorities.
