ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES PROCESS AND SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST
Job Purpose and Impact
The Administrative Services Process and Solutions Specialist will maintain and improve service delivery and operational processes including service taxonomy, standards, and SOPs. We seek a professional to work as a subject matter authority to provide solutioning expertise within a global team. The person in this role will collaborate with technology and service management partners and serve as administrator for various tools used to manage workflow, maintain data and measure the success of the organization. The Administrative Services Process and Solutions Specialist will need to network with the appropriate persons in other functions within Cargill to maintain awareness and facilitate adoption of changes impacting the way we work.

Key Accountabilities
Maintain and improve global service delivery and operational processes including service taxonomy, process standards, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor key processes and user adoption to discover variances and propose necessary actions.
Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities that will provide value to the function’s strategy and service delivery model.
Coordinate tools and solution requirements, partner with technology and platform teams, and serve as administrator.
Collaborate with other functional or service subject matter experts to identify and facilitate adoption of new or changing processes or tools.
Develop and maintain change control and governance.
Coordinate data collection and analyze and develop reports.
Provide content support for strategic, reporting and service updates.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting administrative process and solutions activities.
Experience with the tools and technology used to develop and maintain workflow, manage data, and report results.

Experience driving change or improvement initiatives.
