KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and develops the team of electricians, maintenance technicians and automation engineers;
Maintains of database and technical documentation ensuring up to date information for production processes and values of critical control points;
Leads new projects to optimize the parameters of the production equipment;
Ensures compliance of activities to corporate Engineering, GMP and quality standards;
Ensures Electrical Safety of equipment as per Legal requirements and Corporate standards;
Evaluates improvement memos and follows up on their executions;
Maintains equipment related to automation to minimize line downtime;
Ensures automation process safeguard production quality;
Effective KBI execution - Plant/lines SLE, Energy and Water ratios.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
Proven successful track record of managing activities in maintenance: automation maintenance;
Profound knowledge setting automation related processes as well as operational processes of key elements (relays, contactors, pumps, motors, frequency converters, servo drives, PLC controllers, sensors – all types, pneumatic equipment)
Software programming and updating skills: Siemens Simatic S7
Knowledge and experience managing activities/projects related to automation, maintenance;
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance mindset cascaded to team members;
Profound knowledge setting automation related processes as well as operational processes of key elements;
Projects, suppliers and team management;
Budget management in scope of responsibility. Quarterly cost management and reporting;
University degree in Engineer, Automation, Electronics and other related;
Upper intermediate level of English should be able to communicate with suppliers on work-related maintenance topics;
Open attitude to share knowledge and experience;
Result oriented;
Innovation mindset.
