Travel Expenses Processing Specialist

Position summary
This position is responsible for check of checking expense receipts provided by Cargill employees, according to company/ local regulations and follow-up with employees in case of non-compliance on expense claim process. It also provides optimal customer service while focusing on processing efficiencies and supporting a team environment.
* The position is for a period of 2 years.

Major Tasks
Checking expense receipts provided by Cargill employees;
Serving company travelers for Amex application and collection of personal information (both manual and electronic applications);
Communicating with HR for cost center assignment and Support Cargill employees over phone/e-mail regarding the expenses;
Reviewing if the documentation is compliant with Amex standards, maintain Address Book Numbers in respective applications for accounting purposes;
Completing special duties, reports, assignments, tasks or projects.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor degree – Accounting or Finance is an advantage;
Finance experience 6 months or more;
Fluent in English, written and oral.
Able to work limited supervision, proactiveness.
Flexible regarding working patterns;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of ERP (JDE/SAP) modules is an advantage
