REPORTS SPECIALIST

Position summary

This person will be responsible for completing the steps required to produce the reports and distribute the reports to users. There are detailed step-by-step instructions documented in English. Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite will be required, especially MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel and MS Sharepoint. Oral and written fluency in English required

Major Tasks

Generate Daily/Weekly /Monthly/Quarterly reports;
Distribute and explain reports to Stakeholders;
Report Monthly and Quarterly Operational Performance Metrics per Functions;
Preparing Quarterly Business Reviews Presentations;
Preparing Monthly Metrics Presentations for TV Screens;
Ensure data is accurate and structured properly;
Collaborate with Service Performance Analysts;
Enable the analytics part to take place;
Perform basic report troubleshooting and optimization/ automation;
Update actively existing reports and source systems with new transitions;
Produce new reports as per projects/function needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, statistics, math, or related discipline;
1 - 2 years’ relevant work experience in reporting, analytics or performance measurement fields;
Intermediate understanding of the following MS Office tools: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point, MS SharePoint, JDE, SAP, SQL, Hubble, Every Angle, Maximo and BI/BO;
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Fluent in English, other languages a plus;
Strong numerical abilities and attention to detail;
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork and networking skills.
