Supply Chain Enablement Specialist - Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers

Purpose and Impact
This role will play an integral part in supporting the site local supply chain teams with management of transactional administration activities. You will be responsible for ensuring purchase orders align with site requirements to execute local schedules. In addition, you will be responsible for raising warehouse, service, and logistics purchase orders in line with current logistics budget controls.

Key Accountabilities
Raising inbound flow purchase orders for multiple manufacturing sites in line with material requirements plan.
Alignment of the execution of inbound flow including contract balances, monthly reconciliations and quality corrections and regular follow up with internal supply stakeholders.
Management and raising of logistics POs to ensure all invoices are paid on time in full, inc responsibility to update site local logistic files to control budget.
Support of site logistic budget monthly files and logistics budget process, highlighting variances and working with site teams to understand and improve where needed in a monthly cycle.
Management of service PO accounts and master data
Support and participate in the execution of administrative transaction processing accurately and in a timely basis
Monitor KPIs performance and take timely actions when appropriate to meet the targets and close deviations.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Communication with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any other related field.
Understanding of Supply Chain areas: replenishment management and inventory control, reporting, logistics planning
Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel)
SAP
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience in Supply Chain Operations
Additional languages desired especially French and German
