PROCESS AUTOMATION SPECIALIST | STAY AT HOME RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Position summary
Be an integral part of the Continuous Improvement Team of Cargill Sofia by designing and implementing workflows, automation and RPAs to enable operational excellence with the company and boost the productivity of the teams.
* The corporate name of the position is RPA Configuration Specialist.

Major Tasks
Create VBA solutions in MS Excel and/or Access.
Create automated workflows via Sharepoint and/or MS PowerAutomate (Flow)
Create bots (RPA in Automation Anywhere)
Troubleshoot bots
Develop desktop and web-based solutions
Create and maintain all solutions and their relevant documentations as per the requirements
Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases;
Suggest improvements based on experience and automation knowledge

Qualifications & Skills
Education or Certification (courses passed) in one of the following fields: computer science, IT, software development
Proficiency with Macro & VBA or other configuration/scripting type technology with experience in application development projects;
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error;
Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combine with an enquiring mind;
Fully conversant with computing concepts and development lifecycle methodologies;
Excellent understanding of Excel, its formulas and a demonstrable record of creating macros;
Excellent motivation skills, being both self-motivated & self-directed with ability to deliver out-comes to strict deadlines and able to motivate others at all levels;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable record of presenting technical details to a non-technical audience;
Highly motivated and resilient and able to adapt to change;
Experience in Robotics Process Automation will be considered an advantage
Experience in Sharepoint workflow creation will be considered an advantage
Experience in other coding practices such as .net, SQL, HTML, C#, Python, Java Scruptwill be considered an advantage;
