SUMMARY:

The sales operations analyst is responsible for managing the field sales incentive compensation process, analyzing sales force realignment requests, acting as liaison on sales automation issues, developing distribution capability for promotional materials, designing and maintaining sales reports, and evaluating third-party solutions for appropriate sales operations functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages compensation plan. Ensures timely exchange of quarterly data among business partners, calculates eligibility, reviews and distributes reports and payments, fields inquiries from sales colleagues, and initiates data investigation and communicates resolution
• Maintains existing sales reports | Dashboards and designs new as needed. Participates in the evaluation, selection and implementation of a decision-support tool
• Provide weekly updates to Managers for forecasting and business performance review; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency Region ROB support
• Works in the field with sales representatives to identify opportunities for improvement and attends quarterly regional action planning meetings
• Provide training, mentoring and onboarding new sales employees
• Ensure CRM data Quality
• Support Corp on Forecasting, Planning, any other project needed
• Provide weekly / monthly update on KPIs
• Cloud Sales Ops Support on process, reporting and dashboard
• Support Tele Sales engine with ROB with the field and reporting


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


• At least 4 years of experience in field sales or operations.
• Problem Solving/Analysis, Project Management, Technical Capacity, Decision Making and Strong communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel management tools
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Database & Salesforce knowledge
