Real-time Analyst
Description and Requirements

TELUS International Europe offers contact center solutions, ITO and innovative customer service support for global customers in over 35 languages.

As a part of the Workforce Management team you will be responsible for:

· Real time monitoring of incoming client inquiries, ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely manner

· Real time monitoring of various metrics related to workflow

· Keeping operations and workforce management informed of service risks or issues in real time

· Timely and accurate delivery of hourly reporting

· Optimizing shift schedules to maximize efficiency

· Gathering data for the purposes of identifying trends and finding solutions for process optimization

Our requirements:

· Proficiency in English

· Strong analytical skills and experience in workflow analysis

· At least 1 year of experience in the BPO field

· Expert level knowledge of MS Excel

· Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

· Experience with CMS and Impact 360 would be considered as an advantage

· Experience in workforce management processes, business planning and scheduling would also be considered as an advantage
