ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform clearing of accounts, follow up on account balances and take actions to prevent aged balances;
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions;
- Perform timely and accurate booking of supplier invoices;
- Reviewing supporting documentation submitted for completeness, accuracy, and proper approval;
- Maintain suppliers’ account by verifying and posting account transactions;
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices/expense reports;
- Maintain all controls and procedures to ensure compliance with Coca-Cola Hellenic and local accounting policies and legislation;
- Promote, develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal customers;
- Use robotics and ERP automation.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:

- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably gained in a fast moving, large, multinational environment;
- Experienced user of Microsoft applications;
- ERP systems (knowledge of SAP) and experience of a Shared Services environment would be considered as an advantage;
- Good time management and priority setting – work with tight deadlines;
- Team player, action oriented with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Very good stakeholder management;
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal;
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field.
