As a Digital Insurance Business Expert, you will leverage your expertise in non-life insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements to drive impactful change. In this role, you will play a key part in clarifying business requirements, validating technical solutions, and ensuring top-notch customer experience. Key requirements:
Strong grasp of insurance operations and customer interactions
Ability to clearly structure business requirements and assess operational impacts
Experience supporting business requirements in digital / transformation projects
Experience in testing, validation, or process design
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to business expert for digital insurance processes in DZI B2C portal
Drive business requirements related to innovative digital insurance features
Define and validate acceptance criteria and business test scenarios, ensuring that delivered solutions meet customer expectations and real business needs
Join agile scrum ceremonies and support user acceptance testing
Align solutions with customer journeys, operational workflows, and internal processes
