Supply Chain Enablement Team Supervisor

Purpose and Impact
The SST EU SC Enablement Team Supervisor will oversee master planning, material requirements planning and production planning for teams assigned to a group of production locations. In this role, you will provide guidance by participating in setting goals and objectives that ensure integration of manufacturing policies, processes and programs and oversee all master production, production scheduling and material requirements planning for a large team across a large network with high planning complexity.
Key Accountabilities
Support team through issue resolution process when supply does not meet demand.
Provide support to ensure appropriate master schedule, material requirements plan and production scheduling activities are performed to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with senior supply and inventory manager to ensure appropriate information flow between integrated business planning and tactical execution activities.
Review and analyze master production planning, production scheduling and material requirements planning metrics targets.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum requirement of 1 year relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
One year of supervisory experience
