Our client is a part of a global organization engaging in meaningful work to make a positive impact.
It’s an international company offering shared services within its businesses in the areas of HR,
Finance, IT, Transportation & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing.
They are currently looking for Payroll Coordinator with English!

You will be responsible for:

• Collecting personal information, fixed and variable payroll data and provide them in the
standard agreed format to the payroll provider;
• Ensure payroll variable elements are in line with company's internal policies;
• Work closely with Operation team in order to ensure smooth flow of payroll process;
• Communicate with the elected payroll provider and supervise for the payroll processing;
• Coordinate submission of required reports;

What you need to have in order to be successful:

• 1-2 years experience in HR and/or Finance or Administration role;
• Experience in a multinational environment;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and experience with databases;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken (B2/C1);
• Experience in Payroll processing & knowledge of payroll best practices is an advantage;
