Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization is a part of Coca-Cola Hellenic Group – the leading European marketer, distributor, and producer of non-alcoholic refreshments and one of the world's largest Coca-Cola bottlers.
BSO is providing Finance and HR support to Coca-Cola Hellenic operations across Europe on the principle of quality and effectiveness improvement, targeting service excellence.

Currently Coca-Cola Hellenic BSO is looking for an experienced professional to join our team on the position of General Accounting Team Lead.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Partners with respective CCH Countries, Head offices, Group HR and Central Functions to ensure closing operations are executed as per defined processes.
• Ensures the integrity and accuracy of the financial statements produced via the general accounting processes for countries in scope.
• People leader responsible for the development of and engagement of the team.

Key Results Areas & Contributions
LEAD
• Has responsibility on trial balance accuracy of respective CCH Countries.
• Ensures all intercompany charges and invoices are captured and billed accurately and on time.
• Ensures that all relevant tax and legal requirements are adhered to CCH policies.
• Ensures people development & team engagement.
• Partners with in - country finance organization, CSC Controlling, Tax department and internal customers from all departments.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees in all departments in BSO.
• Build and support an atmosphere of openness and trust among stream members.
INNOVATE
• Encourages an environment within the team focused on continuous improvement of process efficiencies and customer service.
MANAGE
• Ensures all closing operations are planned, executed and controlled as per defined processes and timelines.
• Ensures preparation & submission of accurate & timely period end accounts.
• Manages the production of monthly, annual and ad-hoc financial reports in accordance with close and other timetables of the entities under his responsibility.
• Reviews, evaluates, improves and maintains all controls and procedures to ensure compliance with CCH and local accounting policies and legislation, and internal controls.
• Manages team performance to ensure targets are achieved.
DELIVER
• Accurate, complete and timely accounting information for all entities under responsibility.
• Financial submission as per deadlines.
• Accurate posting of journals, accruals, prepayments & provisions.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Attitudes
KNOWLEDGE
• University degree in Finance or a business related field.
• Knowledge of established Finance business processes & technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of general accounting processes.
• Cross-functional understanding
• Significant exposure to IFRS and Audit.
• Experience of ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP is advantage.
• Fluency in English.
EXPERIENCE
• Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years of finance experience, preferably within FMCG and multinational environment.
• Advantage is finance experience in outscored shared services environment.
• People management experience.
• Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working.
• Extensive experience of service delivery to internal & external customers within SPA’s.
• Continuous process improvement experience.
