PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
• Analyze differences on regular bases related to intercompany transactions
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports related to intercompany people and services recharges between all the entities in the CCH Group
• Searches for efficiency solutions, drives innovation and optimization projects in the team

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivers key business information related to the Intercompany Team.
• Delivers support to Intercompany Team for operational and technical requirements.
• Standardize and automate the routine tasks and optimize processes.
• Prepare BSO Intercompany Team Dashboard reporting
• Ensure monthly team reporting is executed accurately and on time.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting on key critical areas
• Create and maintain inventory of all Intercompany Team reports
• Build relationships with key points of contact within the Business Service Organization and the CCH Group in order to maintain an understanding of the process context;
• Support stakeholders in resolving sensitive and complex inquiries and issues, help for improving end-user knowledge in order to reduce the processes exceptions.


Knowledge and Experience:
• Sound understanding of Finance, accounting and Intercompany Processes;
• Knowledge of general accounting principles;
• Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems;
• Quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of established Finance business processes & finance technologies
• 2-3 years in a finance role, in the areas of financial reporting, analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
• Advanced user of MS Excel (including VBA Macros) application and SAP/ERP systems;
• Ideally experience of a Shared Services environment or at least a multi-site business
