Position Title: Pricing Analyst

The role of Pricing Analyst is a highly commercial and influential position within the Business Operations Support team as it enters into a phase of accelerated growth and commercial sophistication. We are seeking talent with strong Salesforce / CPQ experience being responsible for the daily administration of the CPQ workflow. We are looking for an energetic candidate with strong intellect, the ability to learn quickly, work in a team environment, communicate well and execute with excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to growth and learning.
The Pricing Analyst will focus on the development, delivery and maintenance of our innovative pricing tools (CPQ/SOTI) and pricing analytics capabilities that will drive informed price decision making and directly impact strategic sales activity. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with advanced Excel and data analysis experience who is looking to advance into a role with greater commercial exposure in an international, highly challenging and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the role through developing creative new ways of adding value to projects that directly impact the growth and profitability of Experian
• Manage the CPQ workflow
• Identify improvement opportunities in the pricing tools and processes
• Creating and identifying areas to improve CPQ through regular meetings, forums, training and feedback
• Be a Subject Matter Expert for UK process and form part of steering group for transformation projects
• Facilitate weekly review call to prioritise cases raised by Sales to the CRM support teams
• Attend Monthly Global CRM call for product reviews/enhancements
• Raising Ad hoc cases for system enhancements
• UAT testing for system enhancements
• Detailed requirements gathering on behalf of the CRM team
• Develop and publish analysis to track key proposition pricing metrics
• Develop clear and insightful analysis that supports pricing projects related to sales pricing, new proposition development, market segmentation, profitability analysis
• Drive & maximise CPQ adoption, usage and better governance
• Integration of new acquisition sales teams and processes
• Adjudicate process where necessary and carry out regular internal audits to ensure process is being followed, address any training gaps or process changes that may arise
• Be a Data Custodian for the price tools, and have responsibility for signing off all new products for the UK region as part of the Product Approval Board
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements within role responsibility and escalate issues quickly.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis experience
• Fluency in English
• Excellent organizational, project management and prioritisation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent numerical skills
• Ability to manipulate complex data sets to produce easy-to-understand information
• Ability to work autonomously to solve complex, detailed problem
• Strong academic background with ideally a recognized professional qualification in business, commercial or finance
• Prior Experience with SaaS & 'Salesforce.com' platform
• Prior Pricing, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Revenue Management experience preferred
• Experience with CRM (ex: Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and CPQ systems (Ex: Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, Oracle) highly preferred
