When you join our team, you will:
Process and monitor warranty claims to LHT suppliers
Cooperate intensively with LHT purchasing and engineering teams
Communicate price and technical clarifications with LHT suppliers and internal departments
Dispute denied warranty claims LHT suppliers
Process credit notes to Accounting department and check if all due claims are cleared
Escalate non-performing suppliers to the responsible LHT departments
Monitor quality and alert of existing or missing warranty data
Assist in continuous development and process optimization

You match our need, if you have:
University degree (Economics, Business, Engineering or others)
Minimum 1,5 years relevant experience required
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint)
High level of service and customer orientation
Ability to generate new ideas for improvement within his working area
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Experience in supply chain and/or aviation industry is an advantage
