‘Voice of the Customer & Market Intelligence’ Manager- София

Currently, we are looking to recruit a ‘Voice of the Customer & Market Intelligence’ Manager to join our team based in Sofia.

■ Creates the annual research plan according to the business needs.
■ Works with business leaders to identify analytical requirements and provides mining of customer information to discover and analyze key business issues and opportunities.
■Communicates with external agencies the external and internal research project objectives, scope and methodology required.
■ Designs research questionnaires and moderators guides; supporting the selection of respondents using the most appropriate methodology and techniques.
■ Interprets results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
■ Prepares and delivers informative presentations showcasing insights and recommendations supported by data.
■ Creates and maintains a platform which gathers at one place all clients’ feedback from different sources – researches, contact forms, call center, special on-the-spot feedback project, complaints, etc.
■Programs questionnaires for various internal researches through the resources provided by internal survey platforms.
■ Together with the respective chosen agency, monitors all kinds of external and internal researches (incl. but not limited to Mystery shopping, Client satisfaction, Internal employees satisfaction, image reseaches, focus groups, etc.).
■ Prepares and gathers regular competitive benchmark reports.

■ University degree in Economics, Marketing or Finance.
■ Fluent in English, a second foreign language is a plus.
■ Excellent communication and analytical skills, high working capabilities, strong team player
■ Experience in managing marketing and advertising projects.
■ Strong writing skills in Bulgarian and English.
■ Creative, analytical and critical thinking.
■ Technical skills - proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
