When you join our team, you will:
Define the Aircraft Maintenance Services (AMS) strategy of work with contractors
Responsible for contractors structural setup for Lufthansa Technik locations in Europe
Continuous development of the partnership with StaffNow (external platform for temporary workers) and agencies
Establish cooperation with new agencies
Negotiate with agencies and support Purchasing in negotiating framework agreements
Manage contracts with StaffNow and other agencies
Develop new sourcing channels for contractors
Ensure a legally compliant setup with agencies and contractors
Market surveillance and analysis for trends and forecasts
Provide the contractors yearly demand forecast for all locations and report actual figures
Process and procedures establishment, review and update with stakeholders

You match our need, if you have:
University degree in economics (ideally with focus on human resources), international business or international law
Minimum 5 years of experience – preferably in the people sector and experience in contracts management and strategic negotiations
Minimum 5 years of experience in an international context
Labor law knowledge is a big advantage
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness and persuasiveness
High degree of flexibility and readiness for regular trips to Hamburg and Europe
Fluency in English – written and spoken
Confident and agile appearance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to structure, plan and dispose complex structures and processes
Ability to generate new ideas and identify improvement potential in own working area
