Responsibilities:
Take ownership for the right and on time delivery of processes which meet and sometimes exceed client expectations;
Can demonstrate good data processing techniques to ensure quality of client delivery;
Highlights and resolve unaided; data quality issues with client input data or internal data and can communicate to the relevant people effectively;
Pro-actively ensures that the quality requirements are fulfilled through the use of best practice procedures;
Identify and follow through added value opportunities, analysing the impact of any opportunities;
Investigates any customer enquiry and actively seek improvements that could be made to prevent re-occurrence of any problems. Put improvements into practice and communicate to the wider team;
Excellent team working to ensure that all deliverables are met;
Completes tasks to high quality when work has been delegated to them;
Provide coaching to junior members of the team on various processing methods and support with queries;
Provides technical input to pre-sales process to provide best and most cost effective delivery method;
Understands the current processing platforms and can identify platform development opportunities, which are communicated to the correct channels for consideration;
Creates good quality written communications both within team and directly to clients which meets Experian standards and requirements;
Communicates in a timely fashion internally and externally setting clear and realistic expectations for delivery;
Makes a strong contribution within team meetings and processor meetings, encouraging others to be involved.
Requirements:
Degree education in numerical related science;
1+ year of experience within similar role;
High attention to detail;
Ability to communicate effectively and to work within a multi-disciplined team;
Ability to adapt to change;
Can multi-task;
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills;
Ability to adapt and thrive in changing environments and difficult situations;
High degree of flexibility;
Strong personal learning mentality to understand changing products and services provided;
Basic commercial awareness with an understanding of business drivers/metrics/key performance indicators;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or an equivalent.
