For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global
brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for
– Backoffice Online Safety Analyst with Greek or Hebrew and English.

Key Responsibilities:
*Monitor user activity to identify suspicious behavior, policy violations, and emerging threats;
*Respond promptly and thoroughly to issues related to user trust and platform integrity;
*Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enforce safety protocols;
*Develop proactive approaches to minimize risk and enhance system protection;
*Assist in content review processes to uphold platform guidelines and community values;
*Stay informed about digital safety trends and evolving online risks to adapt internal practices;
*Generate detailed reports and actionable insights to support informed decision-making and
threat assessments.

Requirements:
*Proficiency in Greek or Hebrew, along with excellent command of English;
*Educational background in data analysis, information security, or equivalent practical experience;
*Experience in digital trust and safety, fraud detection, or content governance is advantageous;
*Strong critical thinking skills to identify and assess questionable activities;
*Technologically adept, with solid problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills;
*Able to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively;
*Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling and interpreting large volumes of
data.
