For one of our clients – globally-present company and a leader in customer experience
management field, we are looking for detail-oriented, motivated, and open-minded digital
media enthusiasts for the role of Backoffice Analyst with Dutch, Norwegian, German,
French, Hebrew or Danish (Hybrid, plus PTE options available).

Essential Duties:
* Reviewing content to ensure compliance with guidelines, maintaining an unbiased perspective;
* Staying informed and up-to-date on internal policies;
* Conducting thorough research and investigating reported content;
* Spotting trends and identifying recurring issues;
* Reporting findings to supervisors.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in one of the main languages and English (written and spoken);
* Interest in current trends and a polite, friendly demeanour;
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to conduct thorough and objective analyses;
* Reliable, well-organized, and good at managing time;
* Willing to work shifts and excited about a dynamic work environment.
