For one of our clients – a leading company in the agricultural business. We are looking for
motivated professional individuals for the role of a Treasury Financial Functional Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contributing to the running efficiency of the Group Treasury function (covering cash-
management, risk management, treasury accounting, bank communication, reporting);
* Using the TMS (Treasury Management System, using FIS solutions QUANTUM and TRAX
and the supporting its users (located in different hubs across the globe);
* Performing functional support of the TMS (Treasury Management System) by assisting users;
* Assisting users in qualifying and implementing changes and in in reviewing incidents and
determining solutions to apply;
* Acting as first layer of functional support, orientating user’s requests and incidents
(received via Service NOW) and liaising with finance community;
* Qualifying user tickets, by documenting each one, solving directly or providing guidance to
technical teams into solution to implement;
* Actively participating in building the functional support tools (Incident workflow & templates,
shared knowledge database, etc.);
* Monitoring standard processes to ensure an effective usage of the TMS (Treasury
Management System).

* At least 1/2 years of experience working with Accounting/Treasury systems as Power user
or system’s Functional manager;
* Strong synthesis skills, including capacity/appetite to formalize (using pack office tools in expert mode);
* Customer support background (internal or external) and/or Cash management background is required;
* Accounting basic knowledge is required, experience with TMS and ERP applications is a plus;
* Experience on treasury and accounting process design and best practices is a plus;
* Effective written communication skills in English.
