For one of our clients –one of the largest and the fastest growing educational networks in the world,
we are searching for motivated, experienced and organized people for the role of Brand and Marketing Manager.

• Ensure the brand guidelines are followed by all; Ensure all marketing materials (digital and print)
conform to the brand’s policies and procedures;
• Assist with the development of strategies and tactics that build brand awareness and drive
qualified leads and enrolment traffic across CEE region;
• Develop and manage content that utilizes integrated marketing – digital and social media
communications, advertising, events, etc., in both organic and paid environments to generate
leads and supports schools;
• Produce marketing and communications material to support and promote events;
• In conjunction with admin, sales, operation and academic team, lead and develop a whole
communications program which ensures highly effective communication;
• Participate and present targets, results and share best practices experience;
• Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns results and effectiveness of schools.

• A strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English;
• Previous experience in a similar role in a service, franchise, or educational company, B2C and
B2B communications (at least 5 years of experience);
• Proficiency in digital communications, traditional media;
• Experience in the same field - brand management and marketing;
• Excellent organizational skills with accuracy and an eye for detail;
• Highly motivated and resilient with a positive and proactive approach;
• Experience of customer-data analysis and how to translate that into effective communications;
• An eye for creative marketing opportunities and a flair for content creation;
• Time and Project Management Skills;
• The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Experience working in multicultural, international environment and managing multi-channel
