On behalf of our client, a leading provider of operational leasing and fleet management, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Human Resources Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:
• Collecting and managing the Company needs in terms of headcount, monitoring the trend during the year, in compliance the HR policies and the Business strategy, supporting the HR stream (regionally and centrally);
• Managing hiring and internal mobility processes according to the Bulgarian Labor Law;
• Ensuring recruitment processes follow internal procedures and follow up employment process in coordination with the management team and the external provider, support the HR team and the local management team by following all the recruitment steps liaising with external providers when needed;
• Follow-up all compensation matters, if required, namely when the salary review process or a position change requires administrative treatment;
• Implementing Human Resources policies and procedures in line with legislation and company requirements;
• Acting as employees’ point of reference for all people regarding administrative matters:
o maintaining the company profiles in job search websites and post jobs adds, collect, and organize applications of candidates;
o liaising with the labor medicine partner: collect, update, and record all requested documentation;
o liaising with the occupational safety services provider: collect, update, and record all requested documentation, organize / follow-up the process;
o maintaining employees’ data in Group databases and report data and statistics to HQ;
o managing all the administration of benefits (e.g., health insurance, sport cards, food vouchers, pension fund, etc.);
o be the go-to person regarding trainings (mandatory or complementary), track all achievements and support HR and management team identifying training needs for the future;
• Managing and updating, together with Compliance and Audit team, all HR related procedures namely the HR regular controls.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in Human Resources;
• Proven knowledge, experience in human resources related processes;
• Knowledge of Labor law;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer oriented, ability to deal with different stakeholders;
• People passionate, problem solving and fast execution attitude;
• Building and maintaining open, honest and strong relationships at all levels;
• Ability to treat confidential information properly and following company rules;
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken.
