We are looking for an experienced and accountable professional for the position of Road Services Expert, who will be responsible for mastering all non-fuel revenue processes.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support the growth of NFR services;
• Identify sales opportunities within existing customer portfolios;
• Run joint customer engagements with Sales AM to help close deals. Specifically, provide in-depth information about commercial and practical aspects of the solutions;
• Present solutions (value) to customers and perform product demonstrations, to assist their on-boarding (mainly virtual/some travel);
• Answer questions and provide general product related support, both to customers as well as Sales AMs;
• Assess commercial and functional aspects of competition offers & suggest Account Managers a range of scenarios, which will secure winning deals;
• Discuss functional features and/or design of the products or services with Central team and/or Supplier, aiming to improve customer experience and/or resolve pain points;
• Customize offers as much as possible to align with customer needs/preferences/pain points;
• Prepare individual offers, data analysis, and contact with customers, gaining approvals according to MoA, offering help in documents and speed up the on-boarding process;
• Lead role of expert of Bulgarian road charging and deliver trainings to international stakeholders, CO and Sales teams when required;
• Responsible for updating any local training materials related to whole CVP offer and service providers requirements;
• Prepare and present Road Services reports for Sales Team showing business results and to Customers when needed;
• Cooperate with Marketing, Credit Control and Debt collection on ad hoc need;
• Proactively ensure customer satisfaction through after sales outbound calls;
• Provide second tier query resolution from customer enquiries relating to Road Services;
• Analyze customer feedbacks in CSI questionnaire to find gaps and show how to prevent them in future;
• Provide data for analysis of customers, competitors and the local market
• Introduce elements of the plan for recruiting leads and managing customer relationships in order to achieve growth of sold volumes and profitability;
• Stay informed of latest industry developments and share regular updates with the Sales and Marketing Team.

Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree;
• Requires business-specific knowledge of road services and 3rd party provider services;
• Previous experience in dealing with customer interactions is mandatory;
• Ability to use various systems required and experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills required;
• Previous experience in a Cards sales or sales support role, supporting a team and demonstrating business acumen and customer focus preferred;
• Extremely accurate, paying attention to detail. Strong team orientation actively contributes to team goals and seeks cohesiveness;
• Collaborative - able to work across multiple external and internal touch points, a team player;
• Agility - able to respond at speed to changing business demands, reacting to challenging or unforeseen circumstances in a calm and measured manner;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative;
• Recognize and implement changes in line with business principles and priorities;
• Fluency in English.
