Position Title: Learning and Development Specialist (Maternity Cover)
Job Description
The Learning and Development Specialist in Experian will play a key role of delivering the people development agenda for the site in the area of employee trainings, management development and internal workshops and events.

What you’ll be doing?
Know and understand the internal client group and their needs. Deliver excellent customer service by building strong, effective, proactive working relationships with internal customers
Works in partnership with the broader HR team to diagnose L&D needs and plan the annual agenda. Consults as necessary to understand current and future business development needs in order to identify gaps and build solutions to implement.
Designs and delivers of learning content/solutions including classroom, virtual and / or online learning. May lead the creation of engaging online content
Facilitate the delivery of learning activities. Creates and or amends lesson plans and resources to meet the requirements of specific groups.
Design assessment and evaluation frameworks that assess the organizational impact of development activities
Manages development activities calendars, schedules, plans facilities and equipment, creates attendance lists and sends invites.
Contracts with and manage third party relationships as appropriate. Set specification requirements for service delivery in conjunction with experts where necessary.
Act as a change agent to support the ongoing development of the organization.

What you’ll bring?
Organizes all aspects of a training delivery, including coordination with external and internal trainers, work with the existing learning platform and online training delivery tools, follow-up on participants, ensures facilities and materials are well organized.
Communicates with internal customer groups regarding needs for information, clarifications, schedules, and other details related to learning and development activities
Communicates with and assists external suppliers regarding services provided, schedules and organization of events.
Administers the orders and invoices for the L&D external services.
Maintains up to date training database, collects information, analyses data, and provides reports upon request.
Organizes digital information in easily accessible way, maintains the L&D page and uploads resources.
Perform induction and onboarding workshops, shares feedback as appropriate
Coordinate the training budget, tracks participation rates and costs. Prepares reports for delivered activities and analysis of areas of focus and improvement
Handles other day-to-day operational issues or ad-hoc needs related to learning and development activities.

Required Key skills and experience:

University Degree level in HR or relevant
Excellent written and spoken English
Typically 3+ years of experience in L&D field
Able to communicate, interact and work effectively with clients and peers
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Proactive and adaptive approach with strong organizational and problem solving skills
Skilled at facilitating learning and other employee events in a variety of groups and formats
Understand existing and emerging best L&D practices
