On behalf of our client, a well-known company operating in the Energy sector, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Office Manager/Personal Assistant to GM.

Main Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact for the company - receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, mail deliveries etc;
• Perform administrative and office support activities;
• Organize and coordinate the scheduled meetings and appointments;
• Provide a comprehensive business administrative support to meet the needs of the GM;
• Handle and file all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents;
• Manage the General Manager schedules, calendars and appointments;
• Organize, coordinate and execute all office duties and purchasing office supplies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree Business administration/business management;
• At least 3 years’ experience on the same or similar position;
• Previous experience in the Energy sector is considered as strong advantage;
• Fluent in Bulgarian & English;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic;
• Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information;
• Ability to multi-task under restrictive deadlines;
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with Microsoft Office and other Office programs;
• Excellent planning and organization skills;
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret administration documents;
• Strong administrative and time management skills.
