Employee Engagement Partner

The Employee Engagement Partner role will be a key asset to the company, related to supporting and developing the Employee Engagement Survey program of the company and developing other services of ARS Bulgaria by consulting company’s clients and delivering top-notch solutions to them.

Main responsibilities:

Collect and analyze the information of Employee Engagement Study for various clients
Interpret the data and, based on the results, provide effective client solutions that increase employee engagement in the company;
Consult clients as to which areas to improve in their Employee Engagement programs;
Develop and cross-sell other services provided by ARS such as, but not limited to, Salary Increase Survey, Management Assessment, Exit Interviews and others;
Pro-actively develop the client base of the company by building long-term relationships with existing and new customers;
Take part in market strategy definition, planning and execution for the abovementioned services;
Keeps knowledge of latest Employee Engagement trends up to date.

Requirements/ Candidate profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field on various functions (preferably both in-house and agency experience);
Bachelor degree (studies related to Sociology would be considered a great advantage);
Fluent English;
Experience with analyzing and interpreting data;
Experience consulting internal and external stakeholders on various matters;
Strong communication skills.
