HR Operations Supervisor

Position summary

You will be responsible for management of all processes and sub processes that involve Payroll administration and inputs for several EMEA countries, including maintenance and control of policies and procedures involving the area. The role is also responsible for assuring quality of the services provided by the HR Service Desk teams and their on-time support in terms of HR administration such as employee relations, time and attendance, learning and development and processing employee inquiries.The role requires providing coaching to team members and execution of activities related to performance management.

Major Tasks

Plan, organize, and control the operations and work activities of the team;
Supervise the employees, including their ongoing performance, adequate coverage for all ser-vices and countries receiving support;
Provide operational guidelines and direction to the direct reports;
Employee selection, onboarding, managing performance, goal setting, leading, coaching and developing the team;
Closely monitor performance metrics, using the technology and tools, to ensure quality service and timely actions;
Ensure that operational metrics and KPIs are met by the team;
Responsible for the quality of the services delivered by the team;
Actively participate in expanding geographical scope of Payroll and Service Desk team in partnership with HR.

Qualifications & Skills

University degree;
5+ years of professional experience (preferably in the HR field);
Demonstrated successful leadership experience including effective development, coaching, mentoring and managing a team;
Experience in shared service environment;
Written and verbal fluency in English;
Effective communication and influencing skills;
Proven ability to drive discipline and process orientation in a complex organization;
Business partnering, stakeholder management and customer orientation.
