Position Title: HR Business Partner (maternity cover)

We are searching for HR Business Partner (maternity cover) to join our Human Resources team!

The HR Business Partner collaborates with managers and team members to support team performance and productivity via implementation of global and local talent strategy. S/he proactively identifies areas where HR can add value, suggest data-driven solutions and drive their implementation.

Responsibilities:
Partner with managers to address operational, talent, and talent lifecycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, workforce planning, talent growth and development, engagement and retention
Ensure the high quality of HR service delivery through effective collaboration with various colleagues in HR team
Develop and support people strategies that support the business objectives and partner with international HRBPs on executing on these strategies
Champion our culture and values, partnering with clients to help them build this culture in their teams
Diagnose problems, identify appropriate solutions, influence the business leaders with data-driven recommendations, and drive change
Owner of few processes on site level: induction, onboarding, offboarding and global mobility

Requirements:
4+ years of relevant HR experience
Proven track of partnering with business for high results
Able to understand business goals and objectives and proactive in developing solutions to support them
Confidence to express and defend a point of view in a respectful of the other party manner
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
