Position Title: Administrative Assistant - Global Software Group

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Global Software Group team as an Administrative Assistant that will directly support the senior management team. This role would give you a closer look to the world of software development and the opportunity to collaborate with proven specialists in the sphere.

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and team members within nominated teams.


Coordinate administrative tasks for the Senior leaders in the Global Software Group;
Manage team communication via dedicated channels by preparing necessary details and informative materials;
Schedule and facilitate meetings and teleconferences to ensure timely and accurate communication;
Ad hoc Travel booking support;
Host colleagues and clients during visits;
Maintain proper communication with all relevant stakeholders respecting the different needs, audiences, and matters;
Documents translation (English – Bulgarian and reverse)
Comply with company rules and procedures and stay informed about their updates


Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
Very strong team player and able to work with and through others;
Ability to stay organized in multitasking and fast-paced environment;
Possess the flexibility to react to challenging and dynamic situations;
Demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to details;
Pro-activeness and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to learn new things quickly;
