What You’ll Do:
Admin Support & Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processes for multiple countries, using SAP-based systems. Ensure timely and accurate payroll, including handling overtime, night shifts, and compliance with local labor laws.
Time Management & Scheduling: Work with time management systems for employee scheduling and ensuring the proper tracking of working hours.
HR Processes: Assist with HR documentation such as employment contracts, terminations, and other labor relations tasks.
Employee Benefits & Rewards: Manage benefits administration, including food vouchers, insurance, and pension plans.


What You Bring:
Experience in HR or payroll administration, preferably with knowledge of labor law.
Knowledge of Payroll & Time Management Systems
English Fluency
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and employees.
