Our client is an American multinational enterprise information technology company that develops and provides a wide variety of hardware, software and related services to consumers, small, medium-sized businesses and large enterprises.

Due to our client`s business needs, we are in search of a highly motivated professional to join the company at the position of:

SERVICE SEGMENT MANAGER


Key deliverables/accountabilities:

• Process new and renewal purchase requests
• Review and understand the service requirements
• Review and update requests ensuring data quality and compliance
• Follow-up for timely Purchase Order, dealing with queries and escalations, change requests
• Invoice management, dealing with queries and escalations
• Help create new vendor profiles
• Adopt and support Vendor Management programs and projects
• Ensure KPI metrics are met and work on corrective actions needed
• Build a working relationship with all necessary supplier contacts
• Alignment to global and compliance policies
• Record management - audit compliance


Education and professional experience required:

• Typically 1+ years’ experience in directly related business
• Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience
• Moderate knowledge of the IT and services industry, outsourcing services is an advantage
• Organizational, analytical and communication skills


Other requirements:

• Fluent in written and verbal English (proficient in typing and grammar)
• Customer Service or Service Delivery background preferred
• Financial and operational data understanding

• Good organization skills, accuracy, integrity
• Time management, balance workload and prioritize, to work to deadlines and under pressure

• Basic project management skills
• Presentation skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Commercial awareness and business acumen is an advantage


Technical skills:

• MS Office, e.g. Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
• Ability to work in various software & collaboration tools
• Knowledge of MS SharePoint and SAP in an advantage
