∙ Provides high quality HR administration services to employees.

∙ Administer the labor relationship between the employees and the company.

∙ Prepare labor contracts, termination orders and supplementary agreements.

∙ Onboard new hires

∙ Verify and deliver payroll related documents to terminated employees.

∙ Maintain accurate labor books and labor book register.

∙ Maintain accurate sick leave register.

∙ Prepare income statements and various certificates at employee’s requests.

∙ Administer time claiming and reporting.

∙ Ensures the compliance with Bulgarian labor legislation, including Health and Safety regulations.

∙ Support other countries administration and be part of a shared services team.

∙ File newly signed contracts and terminated employees to the NRA.

∙ Ensure that all employee data is entered into HRIS in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.


∙ High school or University degree in relevant discipline

∙ Knowledge and understanding of local labor administration processes will be an advantage

∙ Advanced English language skills

∙ Good MS Office skills and ability to work with various software tools

∙ Flexibility and ability to manage priorities

∙ Attention to detail

∙ Good soft skills
