Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Mobility Operations Associate will work with the team to implement and administer policy and short or long term international assignments, including immigration services. In this role, you will provide basic knowledge to administer and interpret policies and regulations to support the allocation of payments to expatriate allowances.

Key Accountabilities
Setup and maintain the HR records of Cargill employees on global assignment;
Process the expense claims of Cargill employees on global assignment;
With guidance, administer and interpret policies and regulations to ensure accurate payment of all expatriate allowances as well as related items such as moving expenses;
Under direction, research home and host country tax regulations to ensure compliance;
Help coordinate administrative tasks to ensure compliance with government regulations associated with expatriates;
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff;
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
Fluent in English – written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Human resources certificate;
Experience with HR or other ERP systems is an advantage.
