Description

Position Purpose & Summary

The role is responsible for delivering accurate and precise HR administration of employees in compliance with Bulgarian legislation and Company’s internal policies and procedures; provides high level service support to Business functions and Company’s management and reporting.

Principal Accountabilities

Payroll administration

Collection, validation and processing of incoming employees’ data changes to payroll vendor – position and job data changes; salary changes; other employment contract changes
Collection, validation and submission to payroll vendor variable information necessary for payroll calculation (additions, deductions, other related to execution of internal procedures/policies);
Overtime processing and reporting;
Point of contact for received audit requests from internal auditors, NRA, NSSI, and other institutions;
Administration of mashup data at payroll interface platform;
Check “Data replication monitor” and take actions for error clearance if needed;
Responsible for GLUE Extraction and submitting changed data to payroll vendor;
Other activities needed for the successful completion of payroll cycles
Monitoring the process of collection and reporting leaves – sickness leaves, paid/unpaid leaves, and has supportive function in its execution;

Administration of documents related to employment contract changes, others

Organization and administration of received requests for employment contract changes received via:

Change reports from Success Factors;
Information from Requisition & Hiring tool;
Direct request from EE/ER HR team Bulgaria;
Other channels approved by Company.
Preparation of additional employment documents different from above – orders for: additional remuneration, for work/non-worked day, for bonuses, and other based on-Site Lead requests;
Staff queries and requests for various employer certificates received through Remedy Force or other approved by Company channels;
Preparation of documents related to benefits like: On-duty, Sport cards, Recognition program;

Termination process administration

Providing consultations to employees and managers for termination process except disciplinary cases;
Collection, registration and validation of incoming requests for terminations;
Preparation of other related to termination documents as consent for non-observed notice period; consent for deductions, etc.;
Provide necessary information to payroll vendor for de-registration of terminated employees;
Other activities related to the process

Benefit administration

Organization of process for annual renewal of Benefits for employees considered as social expenses (Life insurance and Health insurance) and provides information to decision makers;
Main point of contact with the Insurers for benefits administration issues;
Monitoring the reporting process and has supportive function in its execution;
Organization of annual prophylactic exams for all staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

Good command of English proficiency (B2/C1) both written and spoken;
University education, minimum Bachelor degree;
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR administration;
Excellent administration and organization skills;
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
Problem-solving skill, proactive attitude;
Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize existing workload, define and seek out business opportunities;
Customer focus;
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and experience with databases

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in business administration or similar
Experience with working with local and/or international payroll systems
In-depth knowledge of Bulgarian Labor Code
