Senior Executive - Human Resources
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the personnel administrative tasks according to all enforceable legal requirements / Exl’s internal procedures (e.g. employment contracts – issuing, termination, addendums, etc, employees’ certificates, managing the attendance & leave taking process & consolidating the complete information for payroll processing, work legislation updates)

Essential Functions of this Position:
Employment contracts and other type of documents that are employment related (terminations, addendums, various employee certificates)
Consolidating the attendance sheet for payroll processing (leaves situation (sick leaves, annual leaves, extra time compensations, etc, bonuses, lunch tickets to be ordered, deductions, etc)
Updation of various trackers and statistics like: employees personal details, employees salaries, recruitment database and other HR relevant statics, as per requirements
Conducting the Induction orientation for new hires according to the defined processes
Contact with various labour authorities/ institutions

Essential Functions required by EXL Service Bulgaria:
To prepare and deliver timely and according to standard requirements the periodic reports assigned by the Supervisor /Company’s Management
To comply with all norms, procedures and Internal Policies that govern the processes and relationships within EXL Service Bulgaria
To attend regular training sessions held by the Company on topics related to health and safety at work or any other topics/ matters necessary to carry out work within the Company
Ensures the timely and responsibly accomplishment of any other work related tasks required or assigned by the Assistant Manager (Supervisor)/Company’s Management.

Performance parameters:
HR admin and Induction training processes performance – as per process requirements & assigned objectives
Optimal interaction & communication with all Internal Customer

Excellent knowledge of personal admin tasks
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Effective communication & interpersonnel skills
Analytical abilities
Multi tasking
“Go-getter” attitude
Good command of English

Education Requirements:
College Graduate with at least 15 years of education. MA degree in an HR related field would be a plus.

Work Experience Requirements:
At least 1 years of exposure to HR processes and functions is a must.
