On behalf of our client, an international trading commodities company which is a leader in agriculture, food processing and international shipping, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Treasury Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

Functional support:
• Actively participate in building the functional support tools (Incident workflow & templates, shared knowledge database, etc.);
• Qualifying functionally a tickets tool ensuring that all requests are correctly qualified and documented so that resolution process is streamlined;
• In charge of functional resolution of open cases;
• Participate in non-regression and new release testing.

User Training & Communication:
• Prepare and continuously update documentation (user guides, training materials) and manage user knowledge database;
• Build user network and manage user community (through new user onboarding, trainings, newsletters, incident review meetings, etc.);

Functional Monitoring:
• Contribute to the effectiveness of the company's Treasury and Accounting function through identification of systems utilization’s improvements;
• Monitor processes & interfaces;


Education required:
• Professional Education Level or University Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Systems.

Number of years of experience required:
• Up to 2-3 years of experience working with Accounting or Treasury systems as Power user or system’s Functional manager.

• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business users’ needs and translate them into system requirements and workflow diagrams;
• Strong experience on treasury and accounting process design and best practices;
• Appetite for systems design, and application solutions definition;
• Technical Knowledge is a plus;

Language ability:
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English;

Other behavioral competencies:
• Experience in and Shared Service Centre environment (desirable);
• Comprehension of multicultural working environments;
• Customer service orientation.
