Due to the business needs of our trusted client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking to hire a motivated professional for the position of

Business Assistant

Job purpose:

Ensure efficient administrative support in line with the job-specific accountabilities, the company standards, business practices and operations.

Main roles and responsibilities:

Support all departmental members in their communication with colleagues inside and outside the company, in their administrative business, make travel and accommodation arrangements;
Communicate with suppliers, prepare monthly expense reports and travel requests;
Accountable for a wide range of administrative support duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the Business Unit, including translation of relevant documents, connection to electronic platforms, maintenance stock of office supplies;
Plan departmental meetings including booking meeting rooms, ensuring logistics and information requirements are met;
Collect all necessary information on time and prepare various reports in order to assist the Business operations head in the completion of final reports;
Ensure compliance with the code of ethics, company procedures and guidelines;
Support the organization of major Marketing and Sales activities.

Profile required:

University degree, preferably in Health Studies, Economics, Business Administration;
Experience in office management and administration at least 2 years;
Strong sense and clear understanding about procedures and documentation management;
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken;
PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail communication, Internet;
Excellent planning and office organizational skills;
Communications: good communication skills discrete;
Able to work in team, organize the activity, to set and respect priorities and deadlines.
