We offer you to join our exceptional team of Coordinator Customer Inquiries with German (only written communication) for our program for a world leading Telecommunications provider, #1 brand in Germany and Europe. The role requires work from our office in Sofia.

Handle incoming customer inquiries for a leading European telecom provider, #1 brand in Germany and Europe
Processing of Internet, phone, TV customer concerns via chat
Focus on selling additional services and products to existing customers after solving their queries
Providing efficient, complete, and friendly answers

Excellent command of written German language (B2-C1)
Organizational and prioritization skills
Desire to help customers and contribute to the team's success
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Eager to learn, self-motivated, and goal oriented
