Training Lead with French/German and English- София

Role Description:
As the Training Lead you will support the teams in managing the quality process and training needs. The role will involve providing guidance and direction to the Specialists in best practice methodology using the Client’s guidelines and process. You will work with the Team Managers to ensure that support is given on an individual basis to meet agreed internal and customer satisfaction targets. You will also assist with the design and development of training programs and facilitate training sessions.

• Facilitate the Client’s onboarding and ongoing training programs. This includes enrolling learners in the eLearning system, ensuring completion of training, meeting learning objectives, and remediating knowledge gaps.
• Ensure onboarding and continuous training is up to date. This includes continuous updating of the on-boarding and another training curriculum to reflect all updates from the Client.
• Work with the Client to review and deliver new product training, specialized training modules and up-skill training as required.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement initiatives to improve operational metrics.
• Collaborate with the team manager, Specialists, and with any other stakeholders to identify training and performance needs.
• Designing, reviewing, and maintaining course materials and other documents, such as handouts, manuals, exercises, assessments and exams.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes against set learning objectives.

Required Skills:
• Native level of French/ German and fluency in English
• Superior presentation and communications skills
• Moderate technical proficiency, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and clearly
• 2 years of prior work experience in a Training or leadership role in a BPO contact center.
• Customer service focused, with the ability to effectively work with colleagues, team managers and users in a friendly, respectful and polite manner
