Cargotec Business Services was established in 2017 with Sofia as the main global hub and a regional hub in the United States. Its aim is to optimize the global business support processes of Cargotec. More than 300 people in Bulgaria provide services in the areas of Finance, HR and Indirect Procurement.

Our HR Team is growing, and we are looking for talented HR Specialist, who strives to develop and grow in an international and respectful organisation. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Understanding of HR processes
• Support Harmonization of HR processes
• Support harmonization of benefits
• Local admin or manual activities which are not in scope for the central team, including document management
• Change Management
• Document and prepare Communication material
• Prepare documents for Works Council discussions
• Organizing/ assisting Works Council meetings, employee meetings and line manager meetings.

What you'll need to succeed:

We are looking for a Professional who has strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills who displays a strong work ethic and customer-centric mindset.

Ideally you have:

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
• More than 2 years of previous experience in HR processes in an international company
• Knowledge of HR basic process and tools
• Sufficient knowledge of labor law, collective agreements, local agreement matters
• Fluent in German and English
• HR tools savvy
