Cargotec Business Services was established in 2017 with Sofia as the main global hub and a regional hub in the United States. Its aim is to optimize the global business support processes of Cargotec. More than 300 people in Bulgaria provide services in the areas of Finance, HR and Indirect Procurement.

Our HR Team is growing, and we are looking for talented HR Specialist, who strives to develop and grow in an international and respectful organisation. Your daily challenges:

• Execution of all end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: Data Administration and Document Management, Position Management, Time and Attendance, Performance Management, HR Reporting, utilizing HR Information system /SuccessFactors
• Payroll administration for the respective country/region
• Demonstrate a function knowledge of local HR policies and processes to effectively respond to customer queries and identify process improvements areas
• Train and support colleagues in activities within own area of specialty
• Communicate with external providers: Payroll agency, Benefits providers, Local health and insurance companies
• Be part of building up the HR Services area in Cargotec in close cooperation with the global HR community
• Participate in transition activities when applicable - knowledge transfer and work shadowing activities, conduct testing and service readiness activities
• Acts as Single point of contact for the Cluster/Country HR Manager
• Adopts a customer-centric attitude to delivering HR services in line with SLAs, KPIs, controls and procedures
• Distributes the workload of the daily activities and secures the team’s responsibilities (ex.: HR administration, Query resolution, Payroll actions and Recruitment projects, etc) are executed on time
• Responds effectively to customer queries and administrate the HR related employees data for the respective countries
• Prepares regular KPIs reports and follows-up on customers’ feedback in order to identify process improvements and suggest optimization action plans
• Owns and manages any changes to process documentation and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR domain
• Shared Service center experience will be considered as an advantage
• Bachelor or higher degree of education
• Excellent written and oral English is required
• Second foreign language is considered as an advantage but is not required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets would be considered as an advantage
• Experience in multicultural environment
