PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To create and manage global HR training and communication materials that transform information into engaging stories and encourage collaboration between our employees, managers and HRs.

HOW WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE

• Design and maintain HR E-learnings, videos, newsletters and other support materials in a visual manner by using various design tools
• Be part of a project team that will create a plan for global HR learning and on-boarding content creation and management
• Manage and maintain relevant learning management and learning creation tools
• Work on developing Global HR Employer Branding Guidelines together with Cargotec communications and HR teams
• Deliver new HR process and system training and webinars globally
• Support the promotion of people analytics by designing engaging HR data visualisations and infographics
• Design global HR announcements and coms
• Manage global HR online training providers
• Monitor that all communications done by HR globally follow the agreed communication guidelines and principles.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• Impeccable attention to detail is an absolute MUST
• Strong expertise in visual storytelling
• Experience creating E-Learning or online training materials
• Expert level in Microsoft PowerPoint is a must
• Excellent English is a must
• Other design and visualization tool experience is an advantage
• Experience in HR or People Analytics is an advantage

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years’ experience in the areas of E-Learning Design and/or Corporate Communications
• Experience in translating complex text and information into impactfull visual stories and messages
• Experience and strong knowledge using design tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Prezi or similar is a MUST
• Experience in creating content in English for presentations or employer branding materials such as brochures, newsletters etc.
• Experience in delivering trainings and online seminars is an advantage
