The Senior Local HR Advisor acts as a country representative providing input and guidance on country-specific expertise at one or number of HR process, e.g. payroll, employee relations, short term assignment cases, recruitment interviews. Active participation in country level development actions.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient employment life cycle HR processes and HR yearly clock actions
• Implementation of Country HR Policies
• Provide input and guidance on country/site-specific expertise areas (payroll, employee relations, time and attendance rules, short term assignment (incl. project STAs), for the CBS center team
• Recruitment activities, including Employee Value Proposition and Employer Image activities, local partner coordination, interviews and related trainings
• Conduct local onboarding and exit procedures
• Support Cargotec HR annual cycle processes (PDP, salary review and bonus payout, Compass) in respective site/s
• Responsible for local employee relations and work wellbeing initiatives (including co-operation with respective stakeholders)
• Local competence development initiatives
• Local admin or manual activities on site which are not in scope for the central team, including document management
• Support BAs to deliver planned, global HR projects (not ad-hoc projects)
• Global Assignment and Foreign assignment administration

Data quality at different HR processes / systems
• Support in ensuring the accuracy of data in HR systems
• Contact person with the authorities in connection with various reporting matters
• Contact person for authorities

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a service minded team player with an HR background, good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills who is able to prioritize tasks.

Ideally you have:

• Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Economics
• 5+ years of experience in multiple HR domains - recruitment, administration, HR generalist, prepferably in BPO/Shared Services industry
• Experience working with stakeholders from multiple seniority level from Senior Manager to Junior Specialist
• Deep knowledge of Bulgarian Labour Legislation
• Proficiency in English language
