HR Change Management Lead
The HR Change Management lead will be responsible for implementation and cutover to the new systems and processes. This will require close working with the project team and associated work streams to provide expertise across the organization.
Will support one or more projects (or subprojects) at a time. The role may require the CM lead to work as an individual contributor as part of a larger project team.
The lead must ensure that HR transformation projects are successfully launched and adopted by the targeted stakeholder and end user population in the most positive manner to maximize the project benefits.

Key Accountabilities

Change Management

Develop Change Management strategy based on an understanding of the business drivers, program goals and objectives and stakeholders being impacted.

Utilize Sutherland’s methods, tools and templates to develop the CM plan and key deliverables.

Work with Project Manager to ensure CM activities are aligned with the overall project timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other work streams as required.

Identify the most expected and potential points of resistance to change. Develop counter strategies to reduce the resistance and address the doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.

Change Readiness and Impact Assessment

Identify potential people-side risks, anticipated points of resistance, performance gaps, and develop specific action plans to mitigate the risks identified.

Identify change impacts associated with the future state design for each work stream. Identify critical changes that affect roles, organization structure, and require new or adjusted policies.

Conduct readiness and impact assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a clear and logical manner.

Stakeholder Management

Develop an understanding and maintain a register of who the key people and user groups are, and develop a plan to manage and communicate with these stakeholders.

Cultivate strong relationships with all stakeholders, motivating and influencing those that are fully engaged with the project, and facilitating those who are resistant to change.

Communications Management

Contribute to the development of a communication strategy for the project including both internal communication and project communication to all stakeholders.

Contribute to the drafting of actual communications based upon the strategy, procedures, and protocols

Contribute to the development and maintain a library of project material to ensure a standard approach to communication of information.

Desired Experience & Knowledge
Experience of working across multi-cultural, organizational and geographic boundaries
Business Process Outsourcing industry knowledge and experience
Experience of facilitating Business Change. A high level of interpersonal and communications skills are required to overcome resistance to process and cultural change
Experience of using formal Change Management methods
Change tool and methods knowledge/process experience
Process change skill set and experience
